The international property investment and development event will be held under the patronage of His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces at the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre from May 8 to 10, 2007.

Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2007 is an annual networking exhibition focusing on all aspects of the property development cycle, with two conferences running parallel to the show. The event attracts regional and international investors, property developers, leading architects and designers to showcase and witness the very best in real estate, architecture, urban planning and design.

"The RAK Properties pavilion at the recently concluded Arabian Travel Market 2007 was a big draw with hundreds of potential investors, home owners and holidaymakers dropping in to view, enquire and obtain information on our world-class developments that feature diverse lifestyles and unparalleled amenities. We are expecting the same great level of interest at Cityscape Abu Dhabi as this event is known to attract several high net worth local and global investors who seek alternative investment options in the UAE,"

said Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director of RAK Properties.

RAK Properties will showcase its Julfar Towers, the 43-storey twin office and residential towers as well as Mina Al Arab, the unique waterfront resort community that will epitomize the 'Living Closer to Nature' motto of the property company. The AED500 million Julfar Towers was launched in February 2006 while Mina Al Arab, spread over 30 million sq. feet and estimated to cost AED10 billion, was announced in May 2006.

Both projects have elicited tremendous response from the investor community. Rotana Hotels recently announced one of their upcoming 5-star, managed properties in Mina Al Arab and more hotels as well as hospitality groups are expected to follow suit in the coming months.

"Julfar Towers and Mina Al Arab have already attracted overwhelming response from investors worldwide. Cityscape Abu Dhabi will take these projects to a wider audience. This will in turn help us position RAK as a favored location for residents, businesses and organizations alike, and as a vibrant tourist, leisure and shopping destination," added Al Qadi.

The RAK Properties stand number is (4 - A30) at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
