Dubai Properties impresses high net worth investors in Japan

Aimed at investors and top Japanese officials, the event introduced Dubai Properties' unique value proposition as part of a strategic decision targeting investors in Far East Asia.

Mohamed Binbrek, CEO of Dubai Properties, Fahad Al Gergawi, Director of International Business Development, and Khalid Boom, International Operations Manager were part of the delegation to Japan, meeting with high net worth investors and company heads to discuss investment opportunities for Japanese residential and commercial investors in Dubai.

Mohamed Binbrek said: "We create unique lifestyle opportunities, some of which would be familiar to the highly demanding Japanese market. Japan is one of the world's most affluent nations in the world and the Japanese regularly visiting Dubai, both for pleasure and business.

"Our aim is to continuously leverage this awareness about Dubai, showcasing our unique communities that Dubai Properties' offers which not only add value for the customer but are also viable investments."

Dubai Properties presented the Culture Village master development to Japanese investors, focusing on the important role that the development is playing in diversifying the property market in Dubai with its culture-centric approach. Recently, Dubai Properties launched the retail component of Culture Village and is expected to reveal further projects within the development during 2007.

This was Dubai Properties second showcase in Japan and its first in 2007.
