Tameer International signs a partnership agreement with Arab East Investment Company

Tameer International shall develop three major joint projects, as an initial phase, in prestigious locations of Amman City.

This alliance is a milestone in the real estate development sector in Jordan between a leading UAE company on the regional level and a leading Jordanian company at the local level, where the value of projects to be implemented at this stage will reach 300 million US$.

The projects includes multi-usage towers, large commercial complexes, and luxurious residential compounds, as Tameer will invest its unique experience in the construction of these projects in a distinctive architectural style and high-quality technical specifications for the satisfaction of its customers.

Mr Omar Ayesh, President of Tameer Holdings, on the other hand added that projects to be established in partnership with Arab East Investment Company will boast various aspects of luxury, absolute extravagance and distinctive high-quality specifications.

Mr. Maen Al Sheimat, General Manager of Arab East Investment Company, said that those in charge of the company have taken it upon themselves since the first day of its founding, to promote real estate development in Jordan. He added that the partnership with Tameer International with its extensive experience in real estate development will contribute to strengthening the position of both companies in the local market within the guidance of the new master plan for Greater Amman Municipality.

Mr Ayesh also praised the tremendous and significant growth in the real estate market in Jordan at all levels, which was reflected in the increasing willingness of companies to provide the most prominent projects. "From this standpoint", he added "we wanted to present hallmarks in which experience and high craftsmanship and creativity in design would manifest, reflecting the high-class lifestyle in a modern way while preserving the local heritage".

The launching of these projects in Jordan by Tameer International comes following the announcement of the pilot project (Madinat Al Majd) in Zarka on a land area of 2 million square meters, in partnership with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation.
