Amlaki, a Dubai based market leader in on-demand real estate management solutions, is exhibiting at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2007m which takes place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
Abu Dhabi is hosting the event from May 8-10, 2007. The exhibition targets regional and international investors, property developers, leading architects and designers.
"Amlaki has become a market leader and a trusted partner for on-demand real estate management solutions in this region," said Mohammed Mahfooz, founder and CEO of Amlaki.
He further revealed that currently, clients use Amlaki's solution to manage 61,000-plus units in more than 8,100 properties. It represents real estate transactions worth more than AED 20 billion, just in the past twelve months alone.
"We have experienced outstanding growth in the market with our on-demand real estate management solution because it addresses the rapidly changing needs of developers and investors in this region," said the CEO.
Amlaki also offers a suite of real estate related media and web design services that instantly delivers property information to both developers, investors and potential buyers, explained Mahfooz.
