Boyden Middle East appoints 2 new Business Development Managers

Natalie Williams and Paul Shrigley will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities across the region. They will be tasked to evaluate relevant markets and to formulate strategies that will help achieve growth for the company while providing world class service for both clients and candidates alike.

With over 7 years experience in the industry, Natalie Williams was for the last 3 years a Principal Consultant at a prominent Australian-based Executive Search & Consulting firm where she consistently exceeded targets and performance standards.

Paul Shrigley has handled blue-chip organisations such as Barclays, AEA, GE and Royal Bank of Scotland and was formerly an Account Director for one of the UK's largest resource organisations.

Through these appointments, Boyden Middle East reaffirms its mission of delivering world class consultancy services to its clients.
