Balta Group to present new Softline rugs, Stainsafe and Soft@home wall-to-wall collections at Domotex Middle East 2007

Three business units of Balta Group - Balta Broadloom, ITC and Balta Rugs - will present their new collections. Balta Broadloom presents its new "Stainsafe®" collection, ITC will focus on the new "Luxury" collection, while the Balta Rugs division will present new collections in woven area rugs featuring its new Softline® fibre.

Balta Rugs, the Balta division specializing in area rugs, is presenting its brand new and unique SOFTLINE® fibre, which combines the advantages of the classical Berclon® fibre (stain free, resilient, stable coloring and high thermal isolation) with superior new qualities of softness, natural look and comfort. The new Softline fibre is the result of advanced polymer chemistry and innovative production technology, incorporating billions of submicron sized soft pillows in the fibre.

Balta Broadloom, the wall-to-wall carpet division of the Balta Group, is presenting new ranges in the exciting new semi-worsted wool broadloom collection under the brand name 'CARPET COUTURE'. The collection now contains 4 different sub brands: Gianni, Donatella, Wool Supreme and Wool Velvet. These carpets are exclusive and unique thanks to the use of the finest types of wool and the special spinning technology. The yarn is very strong and elastic, though much softer than most wool twist ranges. Thanks to the success of this new collection, the Turkish factory, Balta Orient, has extended its work force to keep up with demand.

These Carpet Couture ranges, together with other superior wool qualities, will be presented in a new exclusive sample case, called 'BALTA LANA'. For the first time in the Middle East, you can discover on the Balta stand the new luxurious 'STAINSAFE®' collection. Stainsafe® Luxury, Comfort, Tweed and Living all have a 10 year stain safe and 7 year wear warranty. Besides the brand new traditionally woven 'Stainsafe® Wilton Supreme', an updated range of the well known collections Wellington and Wiltax will be on show. These ranges now also include a selection of refined borders and Mosque designs. A collection of tufted nylon CONTRACT products under the brand names 'POWERLINE' and 'PERFORMANCE' are also available for any type of project, even with the highest specifications.

At Domotex Middle East, ITC is highlighting its new wall to wall carpet called ,LUXURY'. Luxury is a trendy high-quality shag with a rich structure and a luxurious look. It is providing the best in comfort enforced by "Soft@home®", a special concept that makes the carpet even softer and cosier. Luxury comes with 10 warm colour tones that are enhancing the feeling of wellness and fitting to many interior styles. Luxury consists of 100% Imprel® polyamide, a fibre for best resilience and strength.
