The move is a direct result of the bank's focus on making innovative financial products and services more accessible to its growing consumer client base. The launch also coincides with the recent introduction of ABN AMRO's Business Banking offering in the UAE. In line with the bank's mid-market strategy, Business Banking is offered across 9 markets in Asia and provides a comprehensive suite of award-winning cash management, trade, treasury, risk-management and investment products and services, targeted towards small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

Spanning more than 1,300 square metres, the new branch in Sharjah will offer the latest array of innovative financial solutions including personalised services from a team of highly qualified UAE nationals as well as a fully furnished Van Gogh preferred banking facility with six relationship managers in residence.
Open from 8am to 3pm, the branch is equipped with a 24/7 electronic banking zone allowing customers to carry out a full range of banking transactions with greater convenience. In addition to two ATMs and cash deposit machines, the bank is also home to the new generation 'Kiosk Teller System', which delivers extended services to customers in an automated and user-friendly interface featuring cutting-edge video conferencing technology.
