Khoie Properties commence construction for La Hoya Bay Business Village in RAK

This development comes only two months after the initial project launch in March 2007.

The La Hoya Bay Business Village is the second of series of projects planned on the magnificent Marjan Island by Khoie Properties. The first phase, La Hoya Bay Residence consists of 1310 freehold apartments ranging from studio to three bedrooms with floor areas of between 555 and 2,168 square feet. Dutch Foundation LLC has been commissioned for piling of the new development, which will include retail & commercial offices in 500,000-square feet of usable area. The project is due for completion towards the middle of 2008.
