This year's conference theme was 'Unleashing Arab Innovation' and Al-Mutawa was honored with an invitation to speak, thanks to Teshkeel's ability to 'fashion palpable achievements out of intangible ideas'.

The conference, held under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah Bin al Hussein II, was a chance for business leaders and visionaries to gather and discuss opportunities for innovation and development.

Aramex, a global leading logistics and transportation company has a long record of recognizing business achievement in the region. 'Since the founding of Teshkeel, Aramex has been a strong supporter of our work', noted Al-Mutawa. '(Aramex CEO) Fadi Ghandour was one of the first to recognize how regionally originated children's entertainment could have a positive effect on young people and his personal support has meant a lot to the success of the project.'

The two companies most recently partnered with UNESCO to give away literally thousands of comic books to disadvantaged children in Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, and the Palestinian Occupied Territories.

In recognition of Aramex's role of support to Teshkeel, Al-Mutawa unveiled the Jordanian member of THE 99-a concept that is earmarked to launch 99 heroes from 99 countries. 'Jordan is achieving worldwide recognition as a center for technological development and innovative business solutions', explained Al-Mutawa. 'Our new character reflects these admirable attributes and allows us to represent another important part of the worldwide Islamic community. The new character, Baeth (The Sender) is a logistics wiz and is Aramex incarnate.'

Fadi Ghandour, CEO of Aramex, added, 'We have been supporters of Naif and THE 99 project from the beginning. His vision of providing positive role models and social values for the children of the region is exactly the type of entrepreneurship that our conference celebrates. His combination of seeing a market opportunity and a chance to benefit the community mirrors our own development and we're delighted to help him share his vision with some of the top minds in the Arabian business community.
