Audi and Volkswagen owners in Dubai wanting to 'soup up' their cars now have a brand new local showroom where they can check out the latest and greatest for their prized vehicles.
ABT Sportsline is the world's leading tuner of cars from the Volkswagen Group (Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda and Seat).
The family-run company, based in Kempten, Germany, is a global player with more than 150 employees and 60 importers around the world. What once started with just a few vehicles has developed into a significant commercial enterprise with more than 2000 vehicles of all VW group makes are upgraded annually.
The name Abt Sportsline has become a synonym for success in motor sport, with two championship titles in the most popular German touring car series, the DTM.
Joint Managing Director of Abt Sportsline, Mr Hans Jurgen Abt flew in from Kempten, Germany, to officially open the new showroom in spectacular fashion.
Ali & Sons brand manager for Abt Sportsline, Mr Amajd Okasha, says the five man team at the new showroom will be able to provide expert advice on the customisation options available to Audi and Volkswagen owners.
Actual modifications will be done at the new multi-million dollar high tech workshop opened in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, by Ali & Sons earlier in the month.
