ADTA participates at UAE-German Forum

The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) is participating at the Fourth UAE-German Forum which recently got underway in Frankfurt, Germany.

The forum which kicked off last Tuesday is being attended by 4,000 leading businessmen and economists from the two countries.
The ADTA is showcasing its projects to develop the tourism industry in Abu Dhabi.

The forum presents an invaluable opportunity for the tourism development body to exhibit an array of attractions that the emirate has to offer to global tourists, particularly from Europe which is one of the main markets targeted by Abu Dhabi.

During this gathering, the aim is to strengthen relations with visitors by providing them with information on the potentials of Abu Dhabi in terms of services, business, and family vacations and tourism". This kind of engagement will certainly reinforce business and tourism relations between the two countries.

The ADTA is part of a large UAE delegation to the forum which is being held for the fourth year in a row.

The ADTA participated actively in the three-day UAE-Japanese forum which took place in Tokyo last month amid participation of 3200 businessmen.

The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) was established in September 2004. It has wide ranging responsibilities for building and developing the emirate's tourism industry. These include; destination marketing; infrastructure and product development; and regulation and classification. A key role is to create synergy in the international promotion of Abu Dhabi through close coordination with the emirate's hotels, destination management companies, airlines and other public and private sector travel-related organizations.
