Marzooq Al Rashdan, Managing Director, Abyaar Real Estate Development said:
"Europe has great investment potential when it comes to developing projects in the Middle East, particularly relating to high quality, luxury freehold estates. Salone Internazionale was a natural showcase for us, where we were able to highlight the high quality build and interior design standards of our projects."
Grazia Elli, owner of furniture specialist FEG Group, invited Abyaar to showcase their projects at Salone Internazionale.
"Abyaar is our strategic Middle East partner and we invited them to this prestigious worldwide event. This first-of-its-kind partnership between a major European furniture company and a Kuwaiti real estate developer is based on shared values of providing elegant, high-class homes," said Elli.
Award winning designer, Matteo Nunziati, who is under exclusive contract to Abyaar in the Middle East, designed the luxurious interiors of each apartment and villa, keeping with the theme of luxury, comfort and upscale living.
"Abyaar's Acacia Avenue will be fully fitted and finished to the highest luxury standards, highlighting superior craftsmanship, quality materials and innovative design, all trademarks of Abyaar's projects," explained Nunziati.
"Conveying a distinct sense of living comfort and luxury, furniture specialists Poliform and FEG will provide the furnishing for both Olgana and Hilliana towers within Acacia Avenue, a defining character in each of Abyaar's projects."
Acacia Avenue, set to be completed by the first quarter of 2009, will be a fully gated community, featuring several selections of living space. The model was displayed in Milan at Corsovittorio Emanuele street near the famous historical cathedral 'Duomo'.
