Jared brings with him 27 years of experience in the Asian construction and property industries. He has spent the last two decades with Portman Holdings in Shanghai, where he held various positions in real estate development, general management of mixed-use projects, marketing and leasing. He has also worked on major projects in Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam, and played a key role in the first Chinese-American joint venture real estate project in Shanghai.
Jared speaks fluent Mandarin - the most widely-spoken dialect in China - and has a degree in History and Philosophy from Washington and Lee University; an MBA from Thunderbird University in Phoenix, Arizona and an Advanced Management Degree from Harvard Business School.
He is currently leading negotiations for a major project for Limitless in Qingdao, China and is actively pursuing other projects in Tianjin and Shanghai.
