Over 12 million people crossed King Fahd Causeway by Q3

Saudi Arabia's King Fahd Causeway Authority has said over 12.8 million people have crossed the King Fahd Causeway that connects the kingdom and Bahrain by the third quarter of 2012, Arab News has reported. On average, 46,062 people crossed the causeway daily during the period. "The number of vehicles that crossed the causeway up to the third half of this year reached almost 5.6 million, on average 20,751 vehicles daily," said the head of the authority, Bader Al-Otaishan.
