Hill International sponsors the CIArb course

As part of its policy to proactively encourage and support continuous professional development in the region, Hill International sponsored two recent Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) events of the UAE Branch in Dubai.
The second event of 29 April was the AGM chaired by Mr. Al Tamimi Chairman following which attendees were treated to an informative talk on 'Arbitral Norms and Culture' by the CIArb President Mr. Hew Dundas, who was joined by Professor Albert Jan Van Den Berg; both hold extensive International Arbitration experience.
At the AGM, Hill's Vice President Stephen Exelby was re-elected to the Committee (Education and Training) a post held for the past 2 years; and Hill's Vice President and Executive Director Bill Kennedy was co-opted to the Committee.
