- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, May 15 - 2007 at 12:15
- PRESS RELEASE
Al Rostamani Trading Company (ARTC), the sole distributor of Suzuki vehicles in the UAE, has introduced an exciting offer for fresh graduates and senior students of universities in the UAE.
Commenting on the new offer, Setrak Mechedjian, General Manager, Al Rostamani Trading Company, said, "This scheme is unique in that it targets students or fresh graduates, something that is not common in the UAE. The 'Graduation Promotion' is an extension of our role as responsible corporate citizens and complements our efforts of supporting educational activities and students in the country. The Suzuki stable offers a range of value-for-money, stylish, powerful and extremely safe vehicles that make it ideally suited for youngsters beginning their professional careers."
In 2006, the Suzuki Grand Vitara was one of the highest-selling vehicles in its class in the UAE, which is an indication of the growing popularity of this SUV in the region. The Grand Vitara is available in a variety of engine types and also has 3-door and 5-door options. With the consumer preference shifting towards affordable and compact 4x4, the Suzuki range of small and medium sized SUVs appear to be making a major impact on the market.
"The steadily increasing demand for Suzuki vehicles in the UAE has helped ARTC achieve significant year-on-year growth and we expect to attain around 88 per cent growth in sales for the year 2007," said Mechedjian.
