FGB Real Estate Dept launches Westburry Square

First Gulf Bank Real Estate Department has launched today Westburry Square, a twin tower community which will encompass residential, retail and commercial units and will have a construction area of over 900,000 square feet.
Mr. Ibrahim Eskiocak, Vice President, First Gulf Bank Real Estate Department said at the launch: "Westburry Square will deliver to its residents a serene place in which to live and an exclusive address for its business'. We looked long and hard at how best to fully utilize the space we had and strongly believe we have come up with a total solution. We have taken into account the requirements of today's property buyer and are confident that they will be as satisfied with the finished product as we are with the plans and designs."
Westburry Square will comprise of two towers, one for residential purposes and one for business purposes. Located in Phase One of Business Bay with views of the Burj Dubai, the creek and the Dancing Towers, Westburry Square Residential will reach 39 floors and will offer Studio's, 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments which will vary in size from 369 square feet for a smaller studio to 1,755 square feet for the larger 3 bedroom apartment. Westburry Square Offices will house up to 9 offices per floor with ample bathroom facilities and the retail area will contain cafes, restaurants, shops and arcades.
First Gulf Bank, Real Estate Department, has signaled its intention to further add to Dubai's reputation as a forward thinking and modern city. The Westburry Square towers will include gyms, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, wading pools for children and changing areas for male and female residents/visitors as well as landscaped garden areas and barbecue facilities for the complete home leisure experience. Full consideration has been given to those who require wheelchair access through parking and modern bathroom amenities and with a state of the art cooling system for the 1600 capacity car park property owners will not face the constant issue of an uncomfortably hot car.
Mr. Eskiocak concluded: "We know that more and more families are moving to Dubai. With this in mind we are trying to create a place that is safe for raising children whilst still being located near the centre of the city. We have tried to offer quality and convenience to our customers with this project as the demands and expectations of the UAE's residents are continually rising, as well as they should be. Westburry Square will stand tall against Dubai's now infamous skyline and we are extremely proud to announce its presence there."
