UAE online threats assessed

The UAE has been ranked 46th out of 180 countries for being both the origin of online security attacks as well as the target of them according to a report by Symantec cited by Gulf News. The study also revealed the UAE leads the way in the Middle East for being the source and recipient of attacks. The UAE had a low ranking for the presence of spam within email.
