Tanmiyat Investment Group to sponsor Ajman seminar at Cityscape China

The seminar will be held at the Hyatt Shanghai, under patronage of HH Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, with the purpose of promoting Ajman to potential investors in China.

The guest list for the event is comprised of a number of industry VIPs, including bankers, developers, field experts and company directors.

Ajman is presently enjoying increased global interest as an attractive environment for investment, especially in light of recent changes in policy with regard to property ownership in the region, and the advent of freehold agreements, which allow individuals as well as corporate institutions from all over the world to purchase and own property there.
