More Korean firms for UAE

The upcoming visit to South Korea by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, could help persuade more South Korean real estate developers to enter Dubai's property market, reported Gulf News. Currently, just two firms, Bando and the Sungwon Corporation, have taken the plunge. Fears over the sustainability of Dubai's real estate growth have been a barrier to investment.
