$1.6bn mini city for Riyadh

A $1.6bn deal has been signed by the Al Shoulah Group and a consortium comprising the Land Company and the Taameer Company, which will lead to the construction of a 'mini city' in Riyadh, reported Arab News. The project, which will be known as Ajmakan, will be located in the Al Khozama area to the west of the King Saud University and will cover an area of 17m sqft.
