RTA appoints national competent employees in key leading positions

HE Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), issued decisions to execute the appointment of a number of national competent employees in a number of departments, sections and agencies of the RTA.
The decision involved the appointment of Ammar Jumaa Mohammed Al Bloki, as Manager of Transport Plans Follow-up . He holds an MA in Urban and Regional Planning from Herriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. He worked as Land Use planner for Dubai Municipality for more than 6 years and received a number of excellence certificates and had a number of leadership and managerial skills and project management, and participated in numerous conferences and symposia inside the UAE and abroad.
Mohammed Khalfan was appointed as Manager of Smart Transport System at Planning and Business Development Department of the Public Transport Agency. He holds a B.A degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Al Ain, and occupied the post of Project Manager at Dubai Ports and Customs Department for a number of years and has experiences in several fields, including operating systems and infrastructure management.
