DM organizes seminar on human resources standards

Dubai Municipality recently organized a seminar on human resources standards and radar system in Dubai Government Excellence Programme.
Ahmed Ibrahim Al Zarouni, Head of Human Resources Development Section in the Personnel Department said the training programme was attended by a group of standardization officials who ware involved in human resources management.
He said the course was aimed at teaching the participants the points to be focused at different levels in applying the main as well as secondary standards of the programme, methods of fulfilling them, personal evaluation methods and using radar system in evaluation.
The Municipality also organized a First-Aid training programme for the employees in the Contracts and Purchasing Department on
the 15-16th May, 2007.
Al Zarouni said the course will provide the participants with first-aid skills, basic first-aid knowledge to be applied in different situations and conditions in order to enable them to respond to emergency calls and situations on site.
