The programme, targeted at improving customer satisfaction levels is held across the Middle East and North Africa and all Land Rover importers and distributors participate in the same.
The Land Rover Customer Service Performance Programme judges the participating organizations on Right First Time Fix, Customer Satisfaction, Workshop Efficiency & Productivity and Parts availability. The organization that reflected the necessary month on month improvements in the mentioned measured areas during 2006 was then awarded points. Based on the points awarded, Al Tayer Motors was adjudged the winner for the Middle East and North Africa regions along with Alfardan Automobiles, Qatar.
Speaking on receiving the Customer Service Performance Programme award for 2006, Mr Ashok Khanna, General Manager, Al Tayer Motors said, '2006 has been another very successful year for the Land Rover and Al Tayer Motors partnership, our sales team performed well and achieved record sales for the Middle East and now our service team has excelled equally and have won the Customer Service Performance Award.' He further added, 'The Customer Service Performance Award is testimony to the fact that Al Tayer Motors as an organization is driven by focusing on the customer's needs and prides itself on delivering complete peace of mind to its customers.'
