"We have made the decision to restructure the company around the different business units in order to build on our leading position in the regional market. Increased focus will provide a more sophisticated level of value to both our channels and vendors,"
said Venu Menon, Sales director, OnLine Distribution.
"Our aim is to create a core competence within each Business Unit. This reorganization enables us to give our vendors and partners the required focus that they need," he added.
The company is structured around four major business areas: Enterprise Mobility; Enterprise Business; Network Infrastructure Business and Security Business, each business unit specializing in the area of their technology. The vendors complimenting these Business Units are the best in the market and one of the top vendors in their area of expertise.
Networking technology is becoming an increasingly sophisticated market in the Middle East and executives at OnLine Distribution are confident that their reorganization will provide them with the focus and specialization required to succeed across the region.
It will also enable the company to keep pace with the rapid evolution of technology in this area.
Each of these units are independent Business units for OnLine with trained sales and technical resources to support specific needs for the channel partners.
"Working with our vendors, we aim to demonstrate the collective strength of the latest generation of network technology solutions at the same time providing specialized services for all our partners," Mr Menon added.
OnLine Distribution is also putting together a team of technical experts to give support to partners by providing design consultancy, technical assistance, and added customer service in each of the specified business unit.
In addition to building better customer service for its vendors and partners, OnLine has also announced its extended partnership to Aramex for stronger logistics support throughout the UAE, KSA and the rest of the Middle East markets.
Networking technology is increasingly becoming a crucial asset to the expanding Middle East business sector.
