- PRESS RELEASE
Global and regional digital leader LG Electronics has revealed it clinched Dhs200,000 worth of commercial air-conditioning orders at the Big 5 contracting show held recently at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.
At the Big 5, LG Electronics mounted a hi-tech pavilion where it showcased its award-winning plasma air purifying filter for central a/c systems, its ground-breaking Internet-control protocol for commercial a/c systems and its Art Cool décor a/cs which internationally have given LG product leadership in the interiors sector.
"The Art Cool series, which will be introduced into the Middle East in the first quarter of next year, received a fantastic response from visitors," explained An. "Architects and designers were impressed with both the Art Cool size and colour range. Another Art Cool feature which was extremely well received was the 3D air circulation, which delivers maximum cooling."
LG's Art Cool range is a stylish testimony of how engineers and designers can successfully work together. The Art Cool a/c not only has amazing performance levels but radical looks too.
"Wall-mounted a/cs can greatly affect the look of a room," explained An. "Art Cool is slimmer than conventional units by 33mm and is produced in three colours - white metal, blue and wood, so it can better fit into any room décor."
LG, which is already the regional market leader in the split a/c sector, is aiming to be the number one supplier across all a/c sectors in the Middle East by 2004. The company is now the world's leading air conditioning supplier, according to JARN, the international trade magazine for the a/c industry.
