Oman Air to be nationalised

Oman Air will be fully nationalised at a meeting of company shareholders to be held on 29 May, according to MEED. The Omani government already owns 84% of the carrier, and will completely replace its board of directors. Muscat disposed of its remaining 20% stake in Gulf Air earlier this month, leaving Bahrain as sole owner.
