Al Madar, who is a Gold Sponsor of the premier real estate exhibition, is keen to reiterate its long term commitment to Qatar while also showcasing some of its major projects such as the Scala Tower in Dubai's Business Bay development, Paradise Lusail in Doha, the Al Noor Tower and a luxury hotel, also in Doha.

Engineer Haider Mashhadi, Managing Director of Al Madar Group said, "We are pleased to be a Gold Sponsor of the second Qatar Real Estate & Investment Exhibition, which we believe is one of the most comprehensive events of its kind in Qatar. The exhibition presents an excellent platform for us to underline our commitment to Qatar as it witnesses a period of remarkable growth, reflected in the major real estate and construction boom."

"We are keen to complement Qatar's real estate sector growth by developing a number of high quality residential, commercial and hotel projects in the years ahead. We have been involved in the real estate sector for over 15 years, having completed more than 124 developments across the Middle East, and we are looking to bring this vast experience and market knowledge to Qatar in the form of unique, contemporary and superior quality projects for its people. This exhibition also gives us the opportunity to promote our upcoming projects in Dubai and Qatar to the right audience and build relations with prospective investors" he added.

The Scala Tower in Dubai is a 22-floor development located strategically along the creek in the Business Bay area, with a splendid view of the prestigious Burj Dubai. The project comprises 18 floors of residential units - 182 in total - including studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms, and will be available for reservation at the exhibition in Qatar.

Al Madar's Paradise Lusail development in Qatar is a four-floor building in the new freehold zone of Doha and is the Group's first development in a freehold zone in Qatar). The project, with studio, one, two and three bedroom options, will be showcased for the first time during the exhibition.

Apart from the Paradise Lusail, Al Noor Tower and the hotel project in Qatar, Al Madar will also be involved in developing a medical center and several office buildings in the country.

"As far as Dubai is concerned," Engineer Haider continued "in addition to the Scala Tower, we have three more major developments for the emirate in the pipeline, and we are also finalising plans to launch diverse real estate projects in other emirates as well. Looking ahead, we plan to enter into strategic joint venture land development projects for the construction of commercial office towers, residential apartments, hotels, luxury villas and apartment resorts in emerging high potential markets across the globe, and in this regard we feel our participation in this event is crucial," he concluded.

The Al Madar Group has been operating and developing property in Qatar since 1992 and has built up a reputation for delivering a quality product and for delivering promises. Originally concentrating on the design and development of villa complexes, the Group now develops multi-storey complexes and currently has several residential, commercial and hotel developments in Doha. The Al Madar Group has its own contracting division and associated activities such as metal decorating, transport and engineering, as well as the real estate division.
