Nakheel leases Garden View Villas

Nakheel has started leasing properties at its Garden View Villas development in Dubai. The release comprises 208 two-storey semi-detached villas. Three bedroom villas cost Dhs215,000 per annum; and four-bedroom villas Dhs240,000. The properties were offered for sale in June 2003 but have been vacant since that time while structural rehabilitation works were carried out.
