Jumeirah Golf Estates launches sales at two new communities

Flame Tree Ridge, which is being developed by Jumeirah Golf Estates, is a distinctive gated community of four and five bedroom villas, lining Greg Norman's Fire and Earth golf courses. Every villa in the community faces onto one of the courses.

The 99 Tuscan style villas come in a choice of eight different architectural styles, all featuring authentic stone facades, pitched terracotta roofs, extensive landscaped gardens, swimming pool and double garage.

The homes have exclusive Poggenpohl designer kitchens with Miele appliances, smart home technology throughout and Bang & Olufsen home entertainment systems.

Plot sizes vary from 7,000 to17,000 square feet. Thirty-three properties are being marketed in the first phase of sales.

At the same time, Planet Property Developers and Consultants is launching first phase sales of The Sundials, a community of 46 villas overlooking the Earth course. The Sundials' villas are inspired by the architecture and landscapes of ancient Rome and Greece, with informal shaded pathways running through a community characterised by abundant sunflowers and bright yellow flora.

The villas range from 4,500 to 7,500 square feet in area, over three levels including a basement, and occupy plots of between 6,500 and 9,800 square feet. Homeowners can choose from seven different styles, with materials and finishes of the highest standard and all villas coming with fitted kitchens, landscaped gardens and swimming pools.

Sales of both communities start on the morning of 26 May in the Royal ballroom of the Palace, One and Only Royal Mirage. David Spencer, chief executive of Jumeirah Golf Estates, said:

Earth and Fire are two of the four courses being developed at Jumeirah Golf Estates. Both are designed by Greg Norman and they will open in 2008. The courses will be the Middle East's first semi-private golf club, with membership open exclusively to residents of Jumeirah Golf Estates.

All homeowners in Flame Tree Ridge and The Sundials will be available to take up membership, giving them privileged access to the courses and access the Norman Clubhouse, a seven hectare hub for entertainment, leisure and relaxation. The Norman Clubhouse offers a leisure and wellness centre, lounge area, bar and grill, fine-dining and wine cellar restaurants.
