Meydan City first phase sold

The first phase of the Meydan City development located on the Dubai-Al Ain Road has sold out. Meydan City will cover more than 40m sqft of gross floor area and will feature a marina with berthing facilities for 80 vessels and a tramline linking the development with the Maydan race course. Meydan City will also feature a shopping centre.
