Omniyat unveils The Opus

Omniyat Properties has unveiled The Opus which has been designed by British/Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid. The $465m commercial tower which will consist of freehold offices will be located in Dubai's Business Bay and is set to be completed in Q4 2009. The Opus will offer a range of facilities including a 'tranquillity zone', a shaded roof terrace, a media zone and a gym.
