Select Contracts finalises management agreement for Dusit Residence, Dubai Marina

Dubai-based turnkey solutions and consultancy firm Select Contracts have successfully signed Dusit Hotels & Resorts to operate the first Dusit Residence in the Dubai Marina.

The signing of the Management Agreement took place at the Dusit Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road between H.E. Rashid Al Noaimi and the Dusit Hotels & Resorts President, Mr. Chanin Donavanik earlier this month. The Dusit Residence promises to be an exclusive destination with a host of restaurants in an already fast expanding accommodation market. Thanks to the location & design, the owners of the property and Dusit Hotels & Resorts are excited at the prospect of such a unique opportunity.
