High Rise announces Al Khan Towers' 30 per cent completion

The project includes a twenty-story hotel apartment tower and a seventeen-storey hotel building. The project will be located few steps away from Sharjah-Dubai road and within the proximity of business and commerce centers in the Emirate.

The 70-million worth first phase spreads over an area of 164,550 square feet and comprises a ground floor, 3 car park floors and 20 typical floors. On completion by the second half of 2008, the building will have luxurious furnished apartments along with all amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and helipad as well as 24-hour security service.

The 60-million worth second phase of the project will spread on a built up area of 143,190 square feet. It is expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2008. The hotel building will consist of a ground floor, three-car park floors and seventeen typical floors.

The main contractor of Al Khan project is High Rise Contracting Company, the construction arm of High Rise Properties, and the consultants of the project are the renowned Emirates Engineer.
