Arabian Automobiles staff go for gold in NISTEC & NISAC
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, May 28 - 2007 at 10:55
- PRESS RELEASE
Arabian Automobiles, exclusive dealer of Nissan in Dubai and Northern Emirates, recently hosted the Nissan International Service Technical Contest (NISTEC) and Nissan Service Advisor Contest (NISAC).
This year service and technical staff from Arabian Automobiles are striving to emulate their colleague Rajeesh Ravindran who took the gold medal for accuracy and silver for maintenance in the 2004 NISAC-NITEC held in Japan.
Arabian Automobiles' Raj Vanghere has already qualified for the Middle East regional finals of the Nissan Service Advisor Contest (NISAC), where the winner will go on to represent the region at the 2007 Nissan world finals.
The aim of the service advisors' contest is to assess their skills and test their abilities in customer handling, product knowledge, and adaptability.
"Our service advisors continuously hone their skills so that the customers are provided by the best of services," says Michel I. Ayat, CEO Arabian Automobiles. "This competition improves the motivation of services advisors so that they provide exemplary service to our customers."
In the equivalent event for technical skills (NISTEC), Anil Tauro emerged the winner from 191 entrants representing 9 Arabian Automobiles showrooms and also progresses to the regional finals.
"The technical service contest is based on the philosophy of 'fix it right the first time'. With a three-pronged approach, we run the competition to boost technicians' morale, improve their skills, and enhance their efficiency, thereby increasing the speed and quality of service repairs." added Ayat.
Arabian Automobiles are committed this year towards achieving 'Double Gold' at regional level.
