This 58 unit development is the latest in the rapidly expanding portfolio of short-term rentals properties offered by Better Homes, taking the total number of units to 180 since the division's launch in September 2005.
Speaking of the new venture prior to its launch, Ryan Mahoney, Managing Director of Better Homes said,
"This is a very exciting development for us. Dubai has become one of the most expensive places in the world to book a hotel room and we recognised a gap for high quality living at a more affordable price. The key to Emerald apartments is that clients can stay in comfort and benefit from all the usual facilities such as swimming pool and gym, without paying for services they wouldn't have consumed."
Scheduled to open Mid June, Emerald apartments offers guests a central location within close proximity of Dubai Healthcare City and all of the major business districts. Although targeted at the business community, the apartments will also appeal to leisure travellers and families owing to the fact they provide such value for money without compromising on standards of quality or comfort. "When you've stayed in a luxury hotel a few times the novelty of all the services soon wears off and before you know it you have stopped using half the things you are actually paying for" said Mahoney, summarising that "With Emerald apartments you get 5 star standards without having to pay 5 star prices, what more could today's discerning traveller ask for?"
