Acer makes new strides in the Lebanese banking sector

Acer Computer, the Middle East's leading supplier of notebook and desktops computers in the corporate and financial sector, has announced the completion of a deal to supply Credit Libanais Bank in Lebanon with commercial grade Acer Altos G540 servers.
"Having met the demand for servers in many of the world's highly sophisticated financial institution, Acer is proud to be the supplier of choice to Credit Libanais Bank," said Philip Ashkar, Regional MarCom Manager, Acer Computer (M.E) Ltd.
As part of the deal, Acer will also provide after sales and technical support, through its local partner Computel Lebanon.
The Acer Altos G540 servers, powered by Intels latest high performance Dual Quad Core Processors, will clearly meet the demanding server needs of a 24/7 bank like Credit Linbanais. We have complete confidence in the quality and performance of our products," added Ashkar.
