- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, May 29 - 2007 at 15:02
- PRESS RELEASE
Injazat Data Systems, the region's leading Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, has announced that it is participating as Silver Sponsor and Honorary Speaker at the 13th GCC eGovernment Forum, which is currently being held at Dubai's Al Bustan Rotana Hotel from May 26 - 30, 2007.
The Forum, which is focused on how citizens and businesses benefit from the impact of eGovernment services, is being organised by Datamatix, a leading organiser of conferences related to the IT, business, management and economic sectors. The event will highlight the ICT strategies suited to the region, and provide a platform where the three key stakeholders in eGovernment implementation, namely the government, private and NGO sectors, can share and discuss their successes, failures and opportunities.
Speaking today (Tuesday, May 29, 2007) at the event, Mr Zuhair Lardhi, Client Delivery Executive at Injazat, discussed effective technology strategies that make eService projects more successful and joined a panel of speakers that addressed an audience of IT decision makers, government officials, architects, technologies, senior executives, academics and business leaders.
"It was an honour to join such a distinguished line-up of speakers at this valuable event, which represents the perfect platform to assemble international experts, key government representatives and academics to discuss the future and direction of eGovernment initiatives. By commenting on Injazat's experience in providing flexible IT outsourcing services for many of the region's leading companies, strategies were demonstrated to improve the effectiveness of eService projects in the government sector," Lardhi commented.
The five day event is predicted to enhance the eGovernment services of the GCC region by reflecting on evolving strategies being adopted to develop an information society. The objective of the Forum is to showcase eGovernment developments in the Middle East and learn from successful practices via global case studies.
