The delegates are visiting E-Vision offices on a three day visit and meeting with their personnel in order to benefit from the expertise and technical experience of E-Vision and Etisalat in offering IPTV services.
Etisalat is committed to bringing its acclaimed expertise and focus on the latest technology standards to benefit its investments in its overseas operations and the visit of the delegation from PTCL is in line with that objective.
IP TV enjoys a higher level of flexibility and consumers can easily switch between Pay-TV providers without the need to replace or reconfigure set-top boxes. It also provides capability to deploy many new user applications, which are developed specifically for IP network environments. This advantage paves the way for many innovative and interactive applications such as program guides, converged services, and on-demand services that can be more readily developed and launched.
