Realty Capital Middle East has started selling its 37-storey i-Rise commercial tower. The building offers more than 1m sqft of office space at Dubai's Technology, E-commerce and Media Free Zone. Construction has started and is due to be completed late 2009. Better Homes is sales agent, except in Saudi Arabia where Al Raeda Real Estate Development is the agent.
