Al Habtoor awards Palm hotel deal

Khatib and Alami Consolidated Engineering has won a contract from Al Habtoor Group to build a resort on Palm Jumeirah. The five-star property will have 250 rooms and suites, as well as apartments and villas. Development costs could run to more than $136m.
