RTA presents 105 distinguished number plates in auction

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is organizing a new round of auction for 103 distinguished plate numbers of the code E, F and G, including 61 plates of three digits, 27 of four digits and 25 of five digits at a nominal value of 398,000 at Mayanah hall in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
In order to participate in the auction, a non-refundable fee of AED 110 must be paid. In addition, a guarantee deposit of AED 5,000 must be paid and is refundable 48 hours after the closure of the auction, or can be deducted from the number's value when purchased; however, the guarantee deposit is non-refundable is case the bidder wishes to withdraw after winning a bid."
The bidding on a number with nominal value less than AED 2,000 starts from AED 500, while bidding on a number with nominal value that ranges between AED 3,000-10,000 starts from AED 1,000. In addition, bidding on a number with nominal value that ranges between AED 20,000-40,000 starts from AED 2,000, and bidding on a number with nominal value that ranges between AED 50,000-80,000 starts from AED 5,000.
Furthermore, bidding on a number with nominal value that ranges between AED 100,000-150,000 starts from AED 10,000, while the maximum bidding value is AED 20,000 for numbers with nominal value that ranges between AED 200,000-240,000.
