Reporting to Tony Tate, senior director of worldwide sales for branded products, Mr. Trassaert will be responsible for overseeing overall business strategies and sales activities within the region.

Mr. Trassaert is a well known industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the HDD business. For over 12 years he worked for Maxtor Corporation, first as general manager then as vice president EMEA. Mr. Trassaert was instrumental in building the highly successful and visible Maxtor brand from scratch.
Mr. Trassaert also held a senior position with WISE technologies for 10 years and earned a bachelors degree from Ecole Centrale d'Electronique de Paris.
