The Walk will be Dubai's first outdoor shopping experience, and will offer a unique lifestyle that will add value for residents and visitors alike.

With a total space of 16,264 square feet on the plaza level, Saks Fifth Avenue will feature the latest designer menswear, accessories, grooming services and coffee bar.

Spread across 14,585 square feet at the ground level Boutique 1 (previously known as 'Villa Moda') is the premier destination for fashion lovers. Boutique 1 is the primary one-stop retailer for the world's most exclusive fashion brands in Dubai.

Spread across 800,000 sq. ft, The Walk is divided into two main levels encompassing over six sections. The 1.75 km beachfront boulevard will house 350 retail outlets and 45 restaurants.
The Walk will house world-renowned brands including Virgin Megastore, Damas, Mango, Starbucks, Chloe, Paul Café, The Butcher Shop & Grill and Chilis.
