Tanmiyat Group concludes successful debut at Cityscape China 2007

Tanmiyat was a Platinum Sponsor of the Cityscape event.

Tanmiyat Group made a noticeable presence among the participants at the Shanghai exhibition, with its impressive stand housing a 6 square-meter model display of the Group's ambitious "Living Legends" project in Dubai Land. It also showcased models of the elegant, state-of-the-art business complexes, "The Forum" and "The Court", which will reside at the heart of Dubai's Business Bay.

Tanmiyat enjoyed significant media attention throughout the 3-day event, with several TV stations, magazines and newspapers visiting the stand to conduct interviews with Tanmiyat Chairman, Sheikh Suleiman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed.

"Our participation at Cityscape China 2007 has been very fruitful," said Mr. Al Majed, "We were delighted to see that the media has a keen interest in our current projects and our future prospects in China. The exhibition also represented a great opportunity for Tanmiyat to meet directly with major Chinese banks, investors, developers and buyers. Tanmiyat played a major role in attracting important institutions and relevant individuals in one-to-one talks with Mr. Al Majed, who added, "This event was a significant addition to Tanmiyat's marketing strategy for this year and we are very pleased to have received the attention of prominent industry leaders in China. The Group made the most of the exposure offered by its participation in the Cityscape exhibition, augmenting its presence there by hosting a seminar on investment opportunities in the Emirate of Ajman. The seminar was held at the Shanghai Hyatt Hotel on the first day of the Cityscape exhibition, under the patronage of HH Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department.
