IRIS setting out to raise customer service for hospitality sector

IRIS Software Solutions is taking part in The Hotel Show 2007 during this week at Dubai International Exhibition Centre and is launching the Personal Valet system for the first time in the Middle East at the show.

The new product, a wireless touch screen device, is set to revolutionise the in room service approach by offering a highly efficient and cost effective tool for hotels and a personalized high quality service for guests.

Four years ago the management of IRIS Solution Software conducted a comprehensive research on the customer service sector in the hospitality industry. The outcome of this research assured the need of a solution that would give guests more flexibility and control over their stay, at the same time would add a new competitive edge for the ever growing hospitality sector.

Personal Valet ™ system provides 'self-service' features to hotel guests in the language of their choice thus preventing inconveniences that happen between customers and hotels staffs due to miscommunication factor.
