Aswaq wins retail leasing deal

Aswaq Management & Services, a joint venture of French and UAE companies, has been awarded a contract to lease 600,000 sq ft of retail space at Abu Dhabi's Building Materials City. International and local retailers have to date applied for over 60% of the available area at the $1.36bn mixed-use project's shopping centre. Manazel Real Estate is the developer.
