Euro Zune "not before 2008"

Microsoft will not release its Zune media player into Europe before 2008, the Inquirer reports. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer told a German magazine that Zune was losing money and it would dangerous to enter new markets. Microsoft is also spending billions per quarter subsidising the Xbox 360.
