itSMF Gulf launches ITIL V3

The workshop organized by itSMF Gulf, introducing Version 3 will take place on Monday, June 11th at Dubai Media City Building # 1, from 8:00am-5:00pm. Guests are guaranteed to leave the workshop having been offered real business inter-connectivity and provided with new possibilities to move their organizations ahead, along with insight from the authors of ITIL books.

Already an IT standard adopted by the UAE, ITIL continues to build upon their set of best practices for running IT organizations successfully and predictably. ITIL forges a bond between IT, management, and external customers by offering them a single language and defined channels of communication.
