Children's City to host Indianapolis Children's Museum delegates

The Children's City will host next week a trainers' delegation comprising of five people from Indianapolis Children's Museum in the USA.
The delegation will offer technical training to 37 employees of the Children's City in different fields such as Study Team (Developing educational tools), Visitors' Service Team (Offering best services to visitors), Marketing and Financial Development Team (Marketing Children's City and enhancing income), Financing and Sponsorship Team (Financing and sponsorship of Children's City activities by external companies) and Maintenance Team (Maintenance of exhibits and equipments).
Ahmed Ibrahim Al Zarouni, Head of Human Resources Development Section in the Personnel Department said the training is being arranged as part of the ongoing coordination, bridges of cooperation and partnership between Dubai Municipality and some organizations in specialized fields outside the country in the field of qualifying and training human resources in the Municipality. He said these courses are part of the approved operational plan programmes of the Children's City.
Al Zarouni said the specialized course, which is considered to be the biggest such course held in the region in the field of children's museums, will be conducted from 10-14 June between 9am to 5pm at the Children's City.
